The firespawn was created by the Elder Gods to destroy as many fighters as possible in order to save the realms from Armageddon. The kombatants fought one another to get to the top, while Blaze revealed himself to them. Without warning, a pyramid rises from the ground, and the tip bursts into flames, attracting the warriors' curiosity to see what it was. These warriors clashed in a single battle royale that threatened to rip apart reality and bring about the apocalypse. The warriors' powers threaten to utterly destroy the fabric of the MK universe.
Throughout the Mortal Kombat universe, the kombatants of the realms were growing too strong and numerous for the realms to handle. 3 Returning Characters with new designs.To be honest, I played the first 3 MK's as a kid to death.but they're really showing their age now.especially with the excellent MK9 that's been out for a short while now. it's tough to know how much time they're gonna take to fix all these problems on what's really just a $10 purchase that probably will only appeal to the people that already bought it. and it's important to point out that as of right now, the online play is unplayable. which is fun for about 3 minutes until the headache starts. that and the ability to put scan lines in the game to give it an arcade appearance. pressing select gives you the special moves and finishers, as well as some combo strings for umk3, but that's as far as this game goes as far as extras.
